Eligibility: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university.
Diploma with at least 3 years of Senior Management experience
Duration:
1 Year-FULL TIME for PGs with management or related subjects / Engineering Graduates/ Graduates with 1 year work experience (on exemption basis)
2 Years-FULL TIME for Graduates from any discipline which includes an Eight Months Management Foundation Programme at Sandz Management Academy, India
Course Fees:
SHRI Fees: S$ 6000.00 + 7% GST

This program is designed to advance understanding and critical use of aspects of contemporary international affairs.
Objectives of the program
- This program increases the competency of managers to evaluate the appropriateness of advice provided externally and internally and to utilise that information to make decisions consistent with achieving sustainable outcomes for multiple international stakeholders.

Program Structure: The programme is divided into three modules. For completion of PGDGBA, the participant will have to complete all three modules successfully

- HRM Strategy (Organisational Strategy and Change)-40 hours
- HRM (Compensation) – 40 hours
- International HRM/ HRD – 40 hours
- Human Resource Development (Work Redesign/ Performance Management) – 40 hours
Talent Management Module
- HRM (Talent Management)-40 hours
- Team Management ( Leadership, Influence & Power) -40 hours
- Management of Workplace Conflict (Conflict Resolution Process) -40 hours
- HRM (HR Planning/ Selection & Promotion) -40 hours
Human Capital Management Module
- International Industrial Relations -30 hours
- Advanced Employee Relations -30 hours
- HRM ( TNA/ TTT/ Competency Based Assessment/ Evaluation) -60 hours
- HRM (Internal Consultant/ HRIS)- -40 hours
Assessment Methods:

Award / Certification:
Post Graduate Diploma in Global Business Administration will be awarded by Singapore Human Resources Institute, Singapore upon successful completion of the programme and graduates may use the title "PGDGBA" after their names.
